New diet for weight loss in summer

Do you have an appropriate diet and want an effective diet that reduces your weight as quickly as possible? 1. Dates and milk diet:

·        Breakfast: 5 fruits of dates with a glass of milk or yogurt.
·        Snack: 3 dates with a glass of milk or yogurt.
·        Lunch: 5 grains of dates with a glass of milk or yogurt.
·        Another snack: 3 dates with a glass of milk or yogurt.
·        Dinner: 5 grains of dates with a glass of milk or yogurt.
This system is followed for 3, 5 or 7 days (individual days).


2. Diet and milk diet:
This type of diet can lose 9 kg in just 11 days, and it has been proven to be effective in the abdominal area. It is also a system that contains many vitamins and calcium that is important to the body.

Day 1: Eat 3 to 5 servings a day, consisting of a cup of milk or yogurt, free of fat and cucumber, and can be eaten lettuce in all meals.

Day 2: Eat one type of fruit of your choice except grapes, dates, figs, bananas and mangoes because they contain high levels of sugars, with a glass of milk and cucumber at dinner. Day Three: Same day first.

Day 4: Eat one fruit, except the forbidden, during the days of dieting shown on the second day. Day 5: Eat protein such as chicken, grilled meat or eggs, but without greasy additives with cucumber and milk.

Day 6: Eat vegetable soup (without adding potatoes), without fat or beans.

Day 7: Eat the various fruits you want, except forbidden during the days of dieting.

Day 8: Take the cucumber and milk 3 to 5 times a day with lettuce (as you choose).

Day 9: Eat a large portion of green salad throughout the day, with a glass of skimmed yogurt and cucumber at dinner.

Day 10: Same Day Two. Last day: Eat 3 regular meals while avoiding fries and fat.
