Before you go into
explaining the details of carbohydrate diet, you should know that carbohydrate
diet requires 9 weeks to be performed, but at the same time you can lose
between 15 kg and 30 kg in this period and therefore it is a good way to lose
weight.
However, you should know
that carbohydrate diet is difficult and not good for all people. Before
dieting, you should consult your doctor to see if carbohydrate diet can be
performed.
Important notes must be
taken into consideration before dieting:
1 - No substance should
be added to diet so as not to affect the dieting fully, but in return can be
canceled after consultation with a specialist or a nutritionist provided that
it is not compensated with another substance.
2 - must refrain
completely from eating fat and grease.
3. The use of salt in
food should be minimized.
4- During dieting, it is
permissible to eat any kind of vegetables except the carrots.
5. It is prohibited to
follow certain types of fruits, namely figs, grapes, dates, mangoes, apricots
and bananas.
6. As with any healthy
diet program, drink as much water as you can with at least 8 glasses of water
per day and up to a maximum of 12 cups of water.
7. During dieting, it is
permissible to drink coffee, tea or herbs, but without sugar or using one of
its guaranteed alternatives, so as not to affect the required amount of weight
loss.
8. It is strictly
forbidden to drink soft drinks of all kinds, while soft drinks are allowed for
the guaranteed diet because most of them are commercial products and have a
negative effect on dieting. See calorie schedule.
9 - Must be committed to
eat the three main meals without modification to achieve the highest possible
level of burning to avoid the stabilization of weight.
10. Finally, exercise
should not be performed violently at the beginning of dieting until the weight
is less than 10 kg.
