When applying the water diet, you need a certain number of calories (about 500 to 800 calories).

Breakfast
Drink two cups of warm water within 30 to 45 minutes of waking up, then eat after 45 minutes to drink water, a slice of diet "toast" and the whiteness of two tablets of boiled eggs (or one grain of boiled eggs), in addition to the fruit of Indian lemon (grapefruit) or orange. After 2 hours, drink a large glass of water and an apple fruit (or heart of lettuce).

Consists of a large glass of water, plus 150 grams of meat (or chicken or fish), as well as a green salad (or cooked vegetable salad).
