First: Breakfast

The breakfast has different systems that can be changed every day:


1/4 loaf of bread (brown loaf of bread) + boiled egg.
2 - quarter of a loaf + a piece of cheese by 50 grams.
3 - quarter of a loaf + a four-tablespoon bean dish without adding margarine or oil.

D) Fruit:
The number of fruit is 1 fruit allowed in dieting (4 at breakfast).

Third: Dinner
What is new in this diet, despite the fast diet that it takes into account dinner, which is not mentioned in the vast majority of programs and systems of week diet, but it is forbidden to eat anything in the evening, but in any case should be separated from this meal sleep for a period of not less than 3 hours complete. It is as follows:

1 cup yogurt medium size without wash.
