First: Breakfast
Many other dieting
systems deliberately ignore the breakfast, unaware that it is an important and
essential meal that cannot be rich even if the person wants to lose his body
quickly, so we had to take into account in the diet of the week not to miss
this important meal provided that the body provides important nutrients Without
adding more calories that are unnecessary and can slow down the effect of the
fastest weekly diet healthy. So if you want to follow this diet not to modify
any of its items or remove and add other things because this will affect the
speed of diet and your health negatively. The breakfast has different systems
that can be changed every day:
1/4 loaf of bread
(brown loaf of bread) + boiled egg.
2 - quarter of a loaf +
a piece of cheese by 50 grams.
3 - quarter of a loaf +
a four-tablespoon bean dish without adding margarine or oil.

with all the above and replace this meal with 2 fruit. The fruits allowed in this

With breakfast it is
permissible to drink a cup of tea without sugar or one teaspoon of sugar at the

D) Fruit:
The number of fruit is 1
fruit allowed in dieting (4 at breakfast).
Third: Dinner
What is new in this
diet, despite the fast diet that it takes into account dinner, which is not
mentioned in the vast majority of programs and systems of week diet, but it is
forbidden to eat anything in the evening, but in any case should be separated
from this meal sleep for a period of not less than 3 hours complete. It is as
follows:
