New healthy diet for a week to lose weight

Dieting program
First day diet

·        Dinner: Take a plate of fruit salad with a piece of cheese and two slices of toast.

The fourth day

·        Meal: Eat a chicken pudding dish with a vegetable soup, plus a glass of fresh juice and a plate of salads.
·        Dinner: Eat half a loaf of bread with low-fat cheese and a slice of cucumber and tomatoes.

The seventh day
·        Breakfast: Eat a cup of skimmed milk with half a bread and a tablespoon of low fat milk with a tablespoon of olive oil.
·        Meal: Eat a plate of salads with a slice of grilled fish, a half loaf of bread and a dish of vegetable soup.
·        Dinner: 2 servings of toast, roasted with cinnamon, honey and a cup of skimmed milk.

Categories that are forbidden to follow a diet in a week without the supervision of nutrition specialist:
- Pregnant women.
Lactating women.
- People with chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
- Children.
- Low immunity in general.
