meals. The digestive system needs rest. Avoid chewing sweets, chewing gum,
adding salt and sauces on meals, not eating after 6 pm, and other foods that
contain high calories.
The idea of getting
rid of the rumen is to follow a diet, which does not contain carbohydrates, and
depends on proteins, vegetables, and fruits mainly, in addition to exercise,
especially abdominal exercises for at least half an hour a day.
For breakfast, eat
fruit, except bananas, strawberries, coffee, sugar-free tea, or alternative
triglyceride.
In a meal, eat a large
size salad, a medium-sized boiled vegetable dish, a grilled steak, a quarter of
a boiled chicken or two grilled fish pieces, or you can replace the former with
a well-oiled tuna and crispy with vinegar.
At dinner, take the
mixed yogurt with the cucumber, or three tablespoons of crushed beans, provided
it does not contain oil, boiled egg, or a piece of cheese. You can make a salad
with cheese, cucumber and tomato, Or a quarter of my loaf.
After the first week,
you should repeat it for another week, where you can take a rest day after the
first week, if you follow this diet as it is, you will notice that the rumen
has disappeared, and if it does not work, consult your doctor.
