Diet reduces weight every day 1 kilo

7.     Eat a reliable type of yogurt and help digestion.
8.     Exercise is advised to burn calories at a great rate.


Dieting decreases 1 kilo daily
A rapid and healthy diet can be used at the same time and is able to lose 7 kilocalories per week at a rate of one kilo per day, but it is not recommended to repeat this diet after it has been completed only after consultation with the doctor to avoid any side effects.

First day
·        Breakfast: 2 servings of boiled egg with a choice of cucumber and mertadilla as desired.
